Your first consultation is free. After it, we give you a written quotation stating one fixed, all-inclusive fee for your matter before any payment is taken. That quotation is valid for 7 days.

The fee covers our professional work together with the government, authority and third-party costs of your application — attestation, typing centre, translation, medical testing and similar charges. We meet those costs out of the fee, so the figure we quote is the figure you pay.

Fees depend on the service and on how many applicants are included; a family application covering several people is quoted as one package. Mortgage enquiries are free of charge to you — we are paid by the bank or broker, not by you.
